Privacy Policy

The short version
Your images are processed entirely on your own device using your browser's built-in capabilities. We do not upload, store, view, or have any access to the photos you edit on PixelFix Pro. This page explains exactly what data we and our advertising partners do collect, and why.
1. Image processing
All image editing operations performed on this site — resizing, compression, cropping, rotation, color adjustment, filters, watermarking, and format conversion — run locally in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API and OffscreenCanvas. No image file, pixel data, or metadata from your photos is transmitted to our servers or any third party as part of these operations.
The only exception is the optional HEIC/HEIF conversion feature, which uses the open-source heic2any JavaScript library loaded from a public CDN (jsDelivr). This library executes inside your browser and does not transmit your image to any server either.
2. Information we collect
We do not require account creation, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifying information through the use of our editing tools.
Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider and content delivery network may automatically log standard technical data for security and performance purposes, including:
- IP address (used transiently for request routing; not linked to your image edits)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referring page and timestamp of visit
This data is standard server/CDN access logging and is not used to identify individuals or track behavior across sessions.
3. Cookies and advertising
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements and keep PixelFix Pro free to use. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites. For more information on how Google uses data when you use our site, visit Google's Partner Sites policy.
You can disable cookies entirely through your browser settings; doing so may affect how ads are displayed but will not affect the core image editing functionality of this site.
4. Third-party services used
- Google AdSense — advertisement serving (see section 3)
- Google Fonts — loads the Inter typeface; Google's font CDN may log IP addresses per their standard infrastructure logging
- jsDelivr CDN — hosts the heic2any JavaScript library used for HEIC image conversion
None of these services receive your uploaded images.
5. Children's privacy
PixelFix Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because our tools require no account and process images locally, no personal data is collected from any user regardless of age in the course of normal use.
6. Data retention
Since images are processed in your browser's memory and never transmitted to us, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Closing or refreshing the browser tab immediately clears all image data from memory.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights regarding any data collected about you. Since we collect minimal technical log data and no personal profile tied to image content, most data subject requests will return no associated records beyond standard, anonymized server logs. For ad-related data controlled by Google, please refer to Google's own privacy policy and data subject request tools.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal compliance reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
