Privacy Policy

1. Images and documents

The tools decode, edit, and export selected files on your device. The PDF, ZIP, and HEIC libraries are bundled with this site and load from the same domain when needed. They do not send your selected files to an external conversion service.

The working copy and undo history use browser memory. Closing the tab ends the editing session. Your source files and anything you download remain on your device until you delete them. This is not a secure-erasure guarantee for browser or operating-system memory.

Some outputs are re-encoded, while a JPEG that already meets a compression limit can be returned unchanged, including metadata. Use the EXIF Remover when you want to remove camera or location information, then inspect the result.

2. Website requests and hosting

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Visiting a page can disclose technical request information such as your IP address, browser, referring page, and request time to hosting infrastructure. These requests are separate from the contents of the files selected in our tools.

Provider logging and retention depend on service configuration and the provider's policies. We do not describe these requests as anonymous or claim that local file processing prevents all website data collection.

3. Analytics and saved preferences

You can allow or decline Google Analytics using the analytics banner. Our analytics tag loads only after you allow it, and is disabled in builds marked as preview. It measures page usage, including visited pages and browser or device information. We do not include selected file contents or filenames in analytics events.

Your choice is stored in local storage for up to 180 days. Theme preferences and cached site assets may also remain on your device. The core editing tools work without analytics cookies.

Image-to-text recognition downloads a self-hosted engine and English language model when started. The browser may cache those reusable files, including the model in IndexedDB. The OCR tool does not save your selected image or recognized text there. Text-to-PDF similarly downloads its font and libraries but does not save a document draft.

Use Analytics preferences here or in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent disables our Analytics tag and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies where accessible. It does not erase data already held by Google.

4. Advertising

PixelFix Pro may use Google AdSense to fund the free tools. Advertising is enabled separately from analytics. When ads are enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites.

Advertising choices are managed through the advertising consent message where applicable. The analytics banner does not grant permission for personalized ads. You can also manage Google's personalization settings in My Ad Center.

5. Other services and voluntary contact

• Google Fonts: the Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts load from Google's font service, which receives the network requests needed to deliver them.
• Razorpay: the optional support-payment flow on the Story page is handled by Razorpay and is subject to its terms and privacy policy.
• Email: if you contact us, we receive the address and information you send. A bug report can usually describe the browser, file type, approximate size, and failed action without attaching a sensitive file.

6. Retention, requests, and children

We do not hold server-side copies of files processed in the tools. Hosting records, analytics data, payment records, and email are separate and may be retained by their respective providers. Contact us about data or privacy requests; we may need information about the interaction to identify relevant records.

The site is intended for general image and document tasks and is not directed at children under 13. Do not send sensitive personal documents through support email unless necessary to resolve your request.
