From a loose note to a readable document
Plain text is easy to edit but has no fixed page layout. This converter turns meeting notes, instructions or a short letter into a PDF with consistent margins and an embedded font. You can inspect every generated page before sharing it.
Use 12 pt with standard margins for everyday reading. Larger text is easier to read at a distance but takes more pages. Wider margins leave space for handwritten notes. The title appears once, on the first page; page numbering is optional.
What the conversion preserves
The PDF contains real text, not a screenshot of your writing. Paragraph breaks are retained and long lines wrap at the available width. Tabs become four spaces; they do not create table columns. The Noto Sans font is embedded so supported characters display consistently across readers.
This is a plain-text workflow. Pasted HTML, Markdown and URLs remain text; they are not executed or turned into rich formatting. If you need precise tables, mixed fonts, images or scripts this version does not support, use a document editor with PDF export.
Check before you share
Read the last line on each page and check page breaks around headings. If the result is too dense, increase text size or margins and create another preview. Editing the document or its layout clears the old download so you cannot accidentally send an earlier version.
If the words are still inside a screenshot, start with Image to Text and review recognition mistakes first. To combine the finished file with another PDF, use Merge PDF.
Common questions
Does it upload or save my text?
No. The font and PDF libraries load from this site, then document generation happens in your browser. The tool does not save a draft in browser storage. Download the document before closing or refreshing the tab.
Why are some characters rejected?
The embedded font and layout engine cover Latin, Greek and Cyrillic text. Unsupported characters are listed explicitly so you can choose another document editor or replace them. The tool will not quietly remove them from your PDF.
Is this PDF/A or an accessible tagged PDF?
No. It creates a standard PDF with searchable text, but it does not certify PDF/A compliance or add semantic accessibility tags. Use a dedicated document authoring workflow when those standards are required.
