PixelFix Pro is a free, browser-based toolkit for editing images and PDF documents. All processing occurs locally on your device using browser APIs (HTML5 Canvas, OffscreenCanvas, PDF.js, pdf-lib, jsPDF). No files, images, or documents are uploaded to any server operated by us. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use PixelFix Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Service in any way that places excessive load on our infrastructure
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without our express written permission

The PixelFix Pro name, logo, design, and all original content on this website are the intellectual property of the site operator. All rights are reserved.

Images, documents, and files that you process using PixelFix Pro remain entirely your own. Because all processing occurs locally in your browser and no files are transmitted to us, we make no claim to any content you create, edit, or download using the Service.

The open-source libraries used by PixelFix Pro (including pdf-lib, PDF.js, jsPDF, heic2any) are used under their respective licences, which are available on their respective project pages.

5. Privacy and Data

PixelFix Pro does not collect, store, or transmit the images or documents you process. All file processing is performed locally on your device.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (pages visited, device types, general geographic regions). We display advertisements served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies to personalise ads based on your browsing history. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Advertisements

PixelFix Pro displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to fund the free operation of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed. We do not control the specific ads shown, which are determined by Google's ad-serving systems based on factors including your browsing history and the content of the page.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
