Compress image to under 2MB
Set 2MB as the target. Prepare JPEG tests several JPEG quality levels and keeps the largest result that stays below the limit.
Convert HEIC to JPG from iPhone
If a form rejects an iPhone photo, load the HEIC file and export it as JPEG. The conversion happens in browser memory.
Resize image for Instagram 1080 × 1080
Choose the 1080×1080 preset, check the crop, and export. Portrait and vertical presets are available beside it.
Resize Amazon product images to 1600 × 1600
Use the 1600×1600 starting preset, then compare it with the current requirements for your product category before uploading.
Check passport photo dimensions
Check your original file against US visa, UK passport or Canadian online-renewal dimensions and size limits, with links to the issuing authorities.
Save an edited image as a PDF
Finish the crop and adjustments, choose PDF in Export, and download a single-page document. Use PDF Tools when you need several images or standard paper sizes.
What “processed locally” means here
When you choose an image, the browser reads it into memory. Resize, crop, filters, compression, and export run in the page; PixelFix Pro has no image-processing endpoint receiving the file.
Some page assets still need a network connection when they have not been cached, including fonts and advertising scripts. The image itself is not sent to PixelFix Pro. If a file contains location or camera metadata, use the EXIF Remover before sharing it.
Choose the output your destination expects
Changing the file extension does not make every format interchangeable. Match the export to where the file is going, then open the download once before submitting it.
- JPEG
- Use for photos, application forms, and the smallest widely accepted image file. It removes transparency and may soften fine detail at lower quality.
- PNG
- Use for screenshots, logos, sharp text, or transparent backgrounds. It is lossless but can be much larger than JPEG or WebP.
- WebP
- Use for websites and modern publishing tools when small files matter. Check that the destination accepts WebP before uploading.
- Use when a portal or recipient asks for a document instead of an image. This editor creates one aspect-ratio-matched page; PDF Tools handles multi-image documents and paper sizes.
